We made a cute little dress for Janine who planned to be married informally in the San Francisco courthouse this weekend.  We accompanied her to Haberman Fabrics to select the right fabric for her special dress.  Janine selected a beautiful beaded net to go atop an ivory silk charmeuse.  Tiny gathered trim outlined the neckline and sleeve openings.  At her request we also created a silk grosgrain ribbon belt as the finishing touch.

And yes, Janine will be wearing shoes.

Janine plans to give the dress an extended afterlife that she plans for special formal events in the future..
